Tehran is willing to resume nuclear negotiations with the United States provided that it is handled with "dignity" and "honor", Iran's top diplomat has announced.

The Iranian diplomat declared solely negotiations was effective, and disclosed new appeals had been made by intermediaries to restart talks with the American leadership. He asserted Iran possessed no undeclared nuclear sites, and Iran could not yet authorize the International Atomic Energy Agency to visit attacked atomic facilities for safety concerns.

Navigating a Challenging Course

Araghchi is treading a difficult route since Iran aims to avoid appear to be proceeding from a position of vulnerability, and he insisted repeatedly that Iran had come out more powerful defensively and emotionally from the coordinated strike on its enrichment centers in June.

He was talking at a defense forum in Tehran where he reiterated that Iran had "a fundamental entitlement to process nuclear material domestically that it will perpetually retain" – the key factor of the impasse in the prior discussions.
